Young Crafters Unite! Blog Hop
I hope that you are enjoying this Young Crafters Unite! Blog Hop. if you just came from Lauren's Blog you are in the right track. I love this idea of Young Crafters Uniting. I consider myself a young crafter because I have only been paper crafting for a little over a year and because i am only 32 years old, and while I think that is young i feel even younger at heart, which I think is one of the reasons why I love paper crafting, I get to have as much fun as my kids do with paper, glue, glitter, color pencils and scissors.
One of my favorite things on a card is a banner, it always makes me happy when I see one on a card and to my own surprise I realized that until now I had not yet made a card with a banner. How crazy is that?
This card actually includes a lot of my favorite things; The banner of course, the touch of sparkle, love making little bows with twine, coloring, cutting around stamped images to make them pop off the card just a little bit and even though I love adding a few layers to my cards for the most part, I really enjoy keeping my cards clean and simple but that doesn't mean that I don't enjoy and admire other styles too.
Now let's hop over to LISA and just in case you get lost the list of participants is here. I am # 61, but before you go don't forget to leave a comment here for a chance to win some awesome prizes from Simon Says Stamp!, Paper Smooches, and Lawn Fawn.
Good luck and thanks a bunch for stopping by. Have a great 4th of July weekend!
Stamps used are from My Cute Stamps (monkey), Jane Doodles (banner) and PTI Fly away (sentiment).
