Fabulous Felt Challenge
I decided to give the Fabulous Felt Challenge over at Moxi Fab World a try. I brought out some felt that I already had and this is what I came up with. I started out by cutting out squares to make the little quilt, then stamped the images right on the felt to give it a bit of a pattern. I lay the squares on a layer of felt thinking that, that might keep the squares from moving while I sew the squares together and it did without making the quilt looking too bulky which I didn't want but instead got the fluffiness I wanted at the center on the squares. I finish the card by adding a couple of score lines at the top and the bottom of the card for a touch of elegance.
Stamps used are from Wplus9 (Kisses and Cuddles), PTI (Flutterby Friend) and Fiskars (Terrific Tags).
