The other day I was at the craft store and saw this fun 6 x 6 pattern paper pad that I just had to have.(The Basics Stack by DCWV) I love all the simple in design pattern papers in it and can't wait to use them. This yellow dotted pattern paper I used here is from it. This card was inspired by Retro Sketches Challenge # 83.
This card is simple design but don't be fooled, it will take a little bit of thinking and preparing before you start cutting! I loved every minute though. Since I don't have any of those fun enamel dots, I applied some nail top coat to my brads to give it that shiny look : ) fun right!? The score lines give the card design a little extra. I loved Laurie's re - take on her own sketch...head over to Retro Sketches to check it out, you may just get inspired to play along.
I left the inside blank to stamp as the occasion arises. Maybe it will say Wishing you....Sunshine today and always.
Happy Crafting!
